Cafe Mimosa brought back relaxed all-day breakfasts to Riga, being not only cool and funky but also incredibly tasty. The studio’s mission was to make it look effortless.
The interior was inspired by the vibe we wanted to create in a kitchen while gathering with friends. One central island is dedicated to coffee brewing, with guests sitting around it. The lack of space and tightly placed tables are more of a twist on the idea of “the big family” rather than a discomfort.
Fresh flowers, delivered three times a week, are a great addition to one’s breakfast.
